Recyclability and tangible sustainability
Development that does not take into account the need to reduce waste, as well as the necessity of reusing materials that have already been processed and discarded, is no longer sustainable. In a word: recyclability.
This is why Valmont has chosen to fully integrate recycled and recyclable raw materials (PET - R-PET) into its production cycle, thereby contributing to waste reduction and the virtuous cycle of the circular economy.
Our commitment to sustainability is not limited to the choice of materials; it also extends to the research and development of innovative solutions that make our production process increasingly eco-friendly.
In fact, Valmont does not stop there; it goes beyond the production of sustainable blisters and thermoformed products by investing in a dedicated line for grinding waste and scraps, entirely focused on giving new life to PET.
One of the most significant aspects of PET, especially in the current industrial context, is its recyclability. This material can be 100% recovered, fostering a potentially infinite production cycle.
