From your scrap to regrind, in four steps

Material analysis

Send us a photo of the waste and the polymer data. If necessary, we will collect a sample. We check compatibility, thickness, and the presence of contaminants.

Collection

What is toll grinding

Third-party grinding, or toll processing, is a service where a company entrusts its production scrap to a third party to be reduced into flakes. The difference compared to selling waste is that the material never changes ownership: it arrives as yours and returns as yours, in a form you can reintroduce into production.

For those who process PET, the game is won on purity. PET is sensitive: even a minimal percentage of PVC or polyolefins in the regrind can compromise transparency and extrusion performance. That is why our line processes only one polymer. There is no production changeover between PP and your PET, and no residual material from another batch in the hopper.
